Reason:

Complete stall on progress.
I've removed him from clan once and he assured me that he's playing but he got problems with successful l quests and attacks (6 point for 3 weeks is practicly statisticly impossible even with questing without gear)

Situation reapeated itself.
Only refreshing his activity nothing more.

Result:

Banned from clan until further notice.
